My english is not that good but i will try to translate it the announcement for you. And you can ask to translate anything that you don't understand, ok?
The announcement says that it will be a contest for a new banner for the group, since the one that already exist is getting old. everybody can participate. If you can and if you want you can try it! It would be anything you want ( as a theme ), any style you like as long as it has the name of the group on it ( 'Pantheon' ) and you name of course. The size or resolution of the new banner must be the same as old banner's are. There isn't a dead line to it. When we are able to gather some works then there will be a poll, for members to be able to choose which banner is better for the group.

I hope my English doesn't give you hard times! if you don't understand anything ask me to explain it again

And ... why don't you give it a try? you don't have to be an expert for this!

The next one is from me. I'm complaining because the members doesn't show much enthousiasm
and the next comment is from pastor that he is saying that is happening cause many of the members doesn't enter at MT often anymore

I guess that is why pastor doesn't give a deadline for the banner contest!
